More “Cool Home ForÂYour Stuff” than “Cool Stuff For The Home”, The Modern House Estate AgentsÂspecialise in modern and contemporary architect-designed houses and have probably some of theÂbest modern houses in the UKÂon their books, sadly these come at a price with ‘Stillness‘ (pictured above) setting you back £1,295,000.
ÂMy personal favourite is the somewhat brutal 2 Grantchester Road (below) with its bare breeze block walls (both external and internal) giving it, whats probably best descibed as an industrial feel. But somewhat of a bargain at £595,000When the lottery numbers finally come in (note I said when, rather than if) they’ll be the first (and probably only)Âestate agent I visit.
