It is surely a really comfortable space with lot of soft natural light. The structure is quite pretty. The repetition of its thin members do not dominate the roof, instead it creates a special effect, like a net on the sky, a nice one. However, the space is indeed quite small as there are just so many visitors.

The central quandrangle of the British museum in london was redeveloped to become the Queen Elizabeth II Great Court, commonly referred to simply as the Great Court, during the late 1990s. The glass and steel roof is made up of 1,656 pairs of glass windowpanes; each of a unique shape because of the undulating nature of the roof.
